Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are sent via courier services within New Zealand. We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, a physical address in needed.

A standard shipping cost of $6.00 is applied for delivery throughout Aotearoa-New Zealand. Shipping is free for orders over $120.00. If you need us to ship Taha to another country we will contact you with additional shipping costs of the carrier.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, depending on carrier, you may receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping time varies between 3-7 days, this is particularly so if you live in a rural area. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days please contact us at info@tahabeverages.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please ensure the correct name and shipping address Is provided at checkout. Taha Beverages Ltd are not responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect addresses supplied. If the address is supplied wrong Taha Beverages Ltd are not obligated to send the order out again at our expense.

Please Note:

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know within 24 hours, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Taha Beverages Ltd cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.  We send items tracked and non-signature.  If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. Please be aware that if there are no delivery instruction's left on our checkout page your parcel will be left at 'Authority to Leave". If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call. 

Taha Beverages Ltd accepts full responsibility for breakages in transit within Aotearoa-New Zealand.  If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation immediately.
